This combination consists of a pair of leg irons and a pair of Harrington and Richardson type handcuffs joined together with a chain 70cm in length. This is extremely high security with the tumbler locks on the leg irons along with the handcuffs with virtually inaccessible keyholes and double locking. The leg iron locks are made further secure by a stainless steel key-hole cover which is secured with two screws. These are in common use in China. Comes complete with 2 keys for the leg irons, 2 keys for handcuffs, screwdriver, and vinyl carrying case.
