Chinese high security leg irons

These leg irons have very heavy duty cuffs and chain.  They use high security 'Yale' type tumbler locks. The locks are covered by steel plates that screw over the keyways. Complete with 2 keys, a screwdriver, and vinyl carrying case.
 
These come in 2 different chain lengths. The 12in (30cm) chain version weighs 3lb 6oz (1.5kg) and the 24in (60cm) chain version weighs 4lb (1.8kg).
