Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!
You can return goods within 30 days of receipt for any reasons and we will refund your money, except for Shipping charges. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund Shipping costs only if the return is the result of an error on our part. As we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery timeframes, we will not refund shipping costs because you did not get your package when you expected it. You need to make sure that you indicate your specific timeframes by adding a note in the Checkout Notes.
Any defective goods will be replaced at our cost. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt that your product is broken or defective and accompany the claim with a digital picture to document the defect.
